Super Junior’s Leeteuk and Heechul to enlist in 2012Super Junior‘s Leeteuk and Heechul have revealed that they will be enlisting in the army in 2012. Leeteuk and Heechul were both born in 1983, and will turn 28-years-old this year. By law, the two are required to enlist by next year, as they will be 29 years old.

On August 4th, at the Press Conference held by Super Junior members at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Nonhyun-dong, Seoul, Leeteuk commented about doing his military service after finishing all the promotions for Super Junior's fifth album.

Besides, he also talked about making a world tour for their 5th album promotions: "We’re planning to run promotions for as long as possible with this album. But because of my military duty, this time we’re thinking of a world tour instead of an Asian tour".

As we all know, Heechul and Leeteuk are 28 years old respectively and according to the military service laws, they both have to enlist by the time they turn 29. A representative confirmed and declared: "They haven't decided anything yet about joining the army, but regarding their age, they will have to enlist by next year".

So it seems that Mr. Simple might be the last album for Super Junior before they start joining into the army.
A representative of SM Entertainment said, “There isn’t anything decided regarding their enlistment, but because of their age, they will have to enlist sometime next year the latest.”
In effect, Super Junior’s fifth album will essentially be their final album until their discharge.
After hearing of the news, fans commented, “We feel more affection towards the album because it is their final album before their enlistment.”
The men previously revealed that they would be holding a world tour before their enlistment.
